Your journey begins with a complimentary phone consultation where we learn more about you, your home, and your aging-in-place goals. This no-pressure conversation helps us understand your priorities and determine the best next steps.
Step 2: Comprehensive In-Home Assessment
Because your home’s layout and details matter, our main service is a local, in-person safety assessment. We walk through your home with the same careful attention we’d give our own families—identifying risks, discussing your needs, and creating a clear, actionable plan tailored to you.
Step 3: Personalized Recommendations & Implementation
You’ll receive a prioritized safety plan for both the interior and exterior of your home. From there, we can coordinate upgrades that are right for your family and manage the project to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
Optional:
Remote Safety Assessment
For those who prefer it, or outside of our service area we also offer a remote consultation and safety assessment from anywhere in the United States or Canada. After our initial phone call, you can share photos or videos of key areas in your home. We’ll provide expert guidance and recommendations virtually, ensuring you still receive the personalized touch that we bring to every project.
